Technical sheets are available for the featured RMU and prefabricated substation. Inspection records, test reports, certification scope and acceptance criteria must be verified for the exact model and project before they are treated as tender evidence.

Begin with the project specification.
Match the proposed model against your single-line diagram, electrical duty and site constraints; a product family name alone does not establish suitability.
Include in your request
- Rated voltage, frequency, current and short-circuit requirements
- Installation environment, enclosure and access constraints
- Protection, metering and communication interfaces
- Applicable standards, witness points and required submittals
Ask for facility and process evidence.

Manufacturing entity
Check the legal name and facility address against current manufacturer-issued records.
Inspection plan
Identify hold points, inspection responsibilities and traceability for the specific order.
Assembly and configuration
Confirm the approved bill of materials, drawings and identification before production acceptance.
Standards are references, not certificates.
IEC 62271-200 is referenced for medium-voltage switchgear and IEC 62271-202 for prefabricated substations. A standard number alone does not prove a specific product passed testing or carries third-party certification.
Ask for the actual report details
- Exact model and configuration tested
- Report number, issuing body, date and test scope
- Applicability to the quoted ratings and enclosure
- Routine or factory acceptance test plan for the order, if required
Agree the document list before ordering.
The public documents are limited to the two published product sheets. Availability and scope of all other deliverables must be checked against the proposed configuration and agreed in the quotation.

Request model-specific ratings, outline, single-line diagram and installation interfaces.
Inspection and test evidence
Request relevant manufacturer records and independently issued reports where your tender requires them.
Certificates and authorization
Verify entity, issuer, certificate number, validity, scope and permission to use each document.
